More Than a Prize: A Chance to Support the Community We Love: SunnyKids Charity.

When we decided to launch The East Coast Social Club, we knew we wanted to do it by giving something away. Not just a token prize, but a genuinely special experience, the kind of trip we would plan for ourselves. That’s how "The Perfect Noosa Escape" was born: a curated weekend of our favourite things, from a quiet hinterland stay at Mayan Farm to beautiful meals at Lucio's Marina and Lanai Riverside, and a sunset cruise on the MV Stillwater.

But we also knew it needed to be about more than just a prize.

The East Coast Social Club is built on a love for the places and communities that make this part of the world so special. And if you’re going to celebrate a community, you should also support it. That’s why we are so incredibly proud to have partnered with SunnyKids charity for this competition.

For those who don’t know them, SunnyKids charity is a lifeline for at-risk children and families on the Sunshine Coast. Each year, the local community identifies up to 5,000 vulnerable kids who are facing challenges most of us could never imagine. SunnyKids is the organisation that steps in. They provide everything from emergency accommodation and support for those escaping domestic violence, to critical mental health services that help families get back on their feet. They are, quite simply, a force for good.

When you enter our competition, you’ll see a donation form for SunnyKids. It's near the bottom of the page. We want to be very clear:

You absolutely do not have to donate to enter or win. This isn't a transaction.

It’s just an invitation.

An invitation to join us in supporting the very community that this prize celebrates. An opportunity to make sure our competition has a positive, lasting impact long after the winner has checked out. A five-dollar donation—the price of a cup of coffee—can provide a hot, nutritious meal for a child in a time of crisis.
