Subscription: To access exclusive member benefits, including the Partner Directory and special offers, you must purchase an annual membership. Your membership will automatically renew each year unless cancelled.
Account: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. We use a third-party payment processor to handle all payments.
2. Membership Benefits & Partner Offers
As a member, you are entitled to access discounts and special offers provided by our third-party partner businesses ("Partner Offers").
We act as a platform to connect you with these Partner Offers. We are not a party to any transaction you make with a partner business.
Partner Offers are subject to change, and we do not guarantee the availability or terms of any specific offer. It is your responsibility to confirm the details of an offer with the partner business before making a purchase.
We are not liable for any issues, dissatisfaction, or problems arising from your interaction with or purchases from any partner business.

The ECSC "Insider's Key" Promotion - Official Terms & Conditions
1. General 1.1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 1.2.
The East Coast Social Club reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any changes will be published on the relevant competition page.
This competition is governed by the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia.
The promoter is The Ideas Bunker pty ltd, ABN: 59 163 751 693 (owner of TheEastCoastSocialClub.com.au), 53 Eildon Road, Windsor, QLD 4030.
2. Eligibility 2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents only. 2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 2.3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period 3.1. The promotion is a recurring event. 3.2. Each promotional period commences upon the sending of the ECSC newsletter and concludes when a valid winner is confirmed by the Promoter.
4. How to Enter 4.1. To enter, an eligible entrant must: a) Be a current, active subscriber to the ECSC email newsletter. b) Correctly solve the riddle provided in the newsletter to identify the "key" (the answer). c) Locate the key within an article on the website www.theeastcoastsocialclub.com.au. d) Be the first person to send an email to the designated competition email address (timandliz@theeastcoastsocialclub.com.au) containing the correct key and the title of the article in which it appeared. 4.2. Only the first valid entry received by the Promoter will be deemed the winner. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4.3. The winner is typically found within the first 48 hours of the newsletter being sent. The winner will be announced in the subsequent newsletter.
5. The Prize 5.1. The prize for each promotional period will be announced in the corresponding ECSC newsletter. 5.2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 5.3. If the prize includes alcohol, it will not be awarded to any person under the age of 18. The winner will be required to provide proof of age (e.g., confirmation of date of birth) via email before the prize is dispatched. The prize will be delivered in accordance with responsible service of alcohol principles.
6. Winner Notification & "Winner's Circle" 6.1. The winner will be notified via a reply to their winning email within 24 hours of their entry being validated. 6.2. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their first name and suburb/city of residence being published in the subsequent ECSC newsletter as a public announcement of the result.
7. General Conditions 7.1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 7.2. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. 7.3. If for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 7.4. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.
8. Liability & Privacy 8.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion. 8.2. All entries become the property of the Promoter. If the Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
