Let’s be clear: "Discount" is a dirty word at East Coast Social Club.
When you offer a discount, you attract a customer who is loyal to the price, not the venue. The moment you stop discounting, they leave. That is a race to the bottom.
The ECSC Value Add vs Discounts Philosophy
ECSC is built on a different philosophy: The Value Add.
We will be partnering with venues that will offer our members something special, not something cheap.
Instead of 20% off the bill, we prefer a complimentary "Chef's Starter" to begin the meal.
Instead of a cheap room rate, we prefer a late checkout or a room upgrade upon arrival.
Instead of a happy hour price, we prefer access to the VIP table.
This approach protects the venue's brand and margin. It ensures that ECSC members feel like VIPs, not bargain hunters.
We are not here to fill empty seats with cheap customers. We are here to reward your best customers and ensure they come back next week.
