1. Membership
Subscription: To access exclusive member benefits, including the Partner Directory and special offers, you must purchase an annual membership. Your membership will automatically renew each year unless cancelled.
Account: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. We use a third-party payment processor to handle all payments.
2. Membership Benefits & Partner Offers
As a member, you are entitled to access discounts and special offers provided by our third-party partner businesses ("Partner Offers").
We act as a platform to connect you with these Partner Offers. We are not a party to any transaction you make with a partner business.
Partner Offers are subject to change, and we do not guarantee the availability or terms of any specific offer. It is your responsibility to confirm the details of an offer with the partner business before making a purchase.
We are not liable for any issues, dissatisfaction, or problems arising from your interaction with or purchases from any partner business.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The East Coast Social Club and its licensors. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall The East Coast Social Club, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The information provided in our articles and guides is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Site.
8. Governing Law

The Perfect Noosa Escape: Official Rules
The East Coast Social Club - Competition Terms & Conditions
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter an ECSC competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
Eligibility To enter a competition you must be a resident of Queensland, Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of The East Coast Social Club or any of its prize partners.
The Prize: "The Ultimate Noosa & Hinterland Escape" The prize consists of the "Ultimate Noosa & Hinterland Escape" package, with a total estimated value of AUD $1,620.
The prize includes:

A two-night mid-week stay for two at Mayan Farm.

A $400 dining voucher for Lucio’s Marina

A $200 dining voucher for Lanai Riverside Restaurant.

A sunset cruise for two on the MV Stillwater.

A 30-minute itinerary curation call with the ECSC founders.
The prize winner is responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to flights, transfers, car rental, meals not covered by vouchers, and any other ancillary costs. The prize is not transferable to another person and no part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. If an advertised prize component is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize component of equal or greater value.
How to Enter: The competition commences on Wednesday 10th September 2025 and closes at Midnight AEST on Friday 10th October 2025 To enter, you must subscribe to The East Coast Social Club's newsletter via the official competition widget. [Add landing page URL] This will grant you one (1) entry.
Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected by a random prize draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will be conducted at 10am Wednesday 15h October 2025 at 53 Eildon Road, Windsor, QLD 4030. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 48 hours of being notified, they will forfeit the prize, and The East Coast Social Club reserves the right to conduct a new draw to choose another winner. If the prize remains unclaimed after a second draw, or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, The East Coast Social Club may, at its discretion, decide not to award the prize.
The winner's name and state of residence will be published on our website and announced on our Instagram and Facebook stories. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity and material as The East Coast Social Club may require.
Prize Redemption Rules

Prize Package: The “Perfect Noosa Escape" is offered as a single, consolidated prize package and must be redeemed in its entirety over one consecutive two-night period. All components of the prize must be booked and used within this same period. The prize cannot be split into separate visits.

Booking Procedure: To redeem the prize, the winner must, within 14 days of being notified, nominate three (3) preferred two-night time periods for their trip. All nominated periods must be mid-week (e.g., Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday), fall within six (6) months of the winner notification date, and exclude public holidays and school holiday periods in Queensland. The East Coast Social Club (ECSC) will then coordinate with all prize partners to secure the booking within one of the three nominated time periods, based on partner availability. ECSC acts as the coordinator but does not guarantee availability for any specific nominated period.

Cancellation and Forfeiture: Once the booking is confirmed by ECSC and the prize partners, the dates are final. Any cancellation of the trip by the winner, for any reason, will result in the complete forfeiture of the entire prize package. No component of the prize will be rescheduled or re-booked.
General Conditions Incorrectly completed or incomplete entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
Subscription Consent: By entering this competition, you consent to being subscribed to the free email newsletter of The East Coast Social Club. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of our emails.
You also consent to your entry details (full name and email address) being provided to our official prize partners for this promotion: Mayan Farm, Lanai Riverside Restaurant, Lucio's’ Marina and MV Stillwater, for the purpose of them subscribing you to their own marketing mailing lists. You may unsubscribe from any or all of these mailing lists at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided in their respective emails.
Charitable Donations and Transaction Fees: The East Coast Social Club is proud to facilitate voluntary donations to our chosen charity partner, Sunny Kids, as part of this promotion. We are committed to transparency in this process. All voluntary donations made through our website are processed by our third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). These providers charge a standard, non-refundable transaction fee for their services (typically ranging from 1.1% to 2.9% of the transaction value). This means that the final amount received by the designated charity will be the total donation amount collected, less these third-party processing fees. The East Coast Social Club does not receive any portion of these donations or fees. We will ensure that 100% of the funds received by us after the deduction of these mandatory processing fees are transferred to SunnyKids.
