Following a successful first instalment with Yalumba Wines, Calida’s Wine & Wagyu series returns this July with a bold new chapter – this time spotlighting the iconic wines of Jim Barry from Clare Valley South Australia, renowned for crafting some of Australia’s most powerful reds.

Running from 1 July to 31 August, this next instalment pairs premium Diamantina Wagyu with Jim Barry’s expressive and structured wines. Designed as a decadent journey through rich textures and big, bold flavours, the menu offers guests a multi-course dining experience, carefully curated to showcase the finesse of Stanbroke Wagyu alongside the signature power of big bold Clare Valley reds.

This second chapter of the series follows the success of Calida’s Yalumba-led launch and continues the restaurant’s commitment to celebrating Australia’s best regional producers through an immersive, flavour-forward lens.
