Heritage Estate Winery continues to tantalize palates with the converted 5-Senses Degustation Dinner, delivered monthly, on the 2nd Saturday, since opening post-Covid in June 2020. This is the Granite Belt’s most elevated experience. It’s your chance to discover the rich tapestry of tradition, storytelling history, winemaking, people, and passion of Heritage Estate, broadening your wine horizons with new varietals and special release museum wines, as well as fresh wines from the barrel at the winery.

Our dinners are intimate and interactive, so you can ask all the questions you’ve always wanted to know about wine. Sample award-winning Strange Birds ™ such as Sagrantino, Fiano, Malbec, and Ansonica– or the limited and oldest Shiraz vines in Queensland, the Old Vine Shiraz.
